KRAFT Modular Home Construction Technology
The house is built in stages. First, the modules are delivered in a shipping container to the construction site. All panels, including walls, ceilings, and other elements, are pre-assembled at the factory and fully ready for installation. After the containers are delivered, the panels are installed on the prepared foundation, providing a solid base for further work.
Next, the internal partitions are installed to divide the space into rooms and zones. Then, intermediate panels are covered with insulation to improve thermal efficiency and are then faced with drywall. This process is repeated for each of the walls. Next, the floor slabs between levels are installed, creating separation between the floors of the house. A parapet is installed on the roof, followed by the installation of thermal insulation to enhance the home's energy efficiency.
The final step is the cladding of the exterior with decorative XPS/PU panels, which not only improve the house's appearance but also add insulation properties. Inside, an additional layer of drywall may also be added. After completing all the stages, the house is ready! Your new home, built using modern technologies, is now ready for occupancy.
